An Inishowen man has been charged with performing a lewd act in his car.
However, the man was unable to attend the sitting of Buncrana District Court as he is currently in prison in Northern Ireland.
Patrick Porter (44) of Grange, Inch Island, was charged with being drunk in charge of a vehicle and ‘engaging in the act of masturbation’ at Aileach Road, Buncrana, on May 11, 2017.
Sergeant Jim Collins told Judge Paul Kelly that Porter was unable to attend the court as he was in custody in Northern Ireland.
Judge Kelly adjourned the case.
