SEAN MacCumhaills enjoyed the successful launch of its new Online Bingo game recently – and you could win a share of €2,500 in prizes again this week!

The Twin Towns had the launch night on Saturday January 30th with almost 150 players taking part virtually via web conference platform zoom and initially with €2,000 in prize money shared out across nine games.

The numbers playing have grown with over 200 people logging in now each Saturday night attempting to win a share of the top prizes.

Says MacCumhaills chairperson Terry Reilly said: “Obviously a lot of club activities haven’t been able to take place over the last number of months due to the Covid-19 situation but the club has ongoing costs, loan repayments etc that need to be met.

“Our two traditional fundraisers were the weekly bingo and the weekly lotto. We made an online lotto option available a couple of months ago and it’s great to get the online bingo up and going now as well to try and see us through what’s obviously a very challenging period”.

A bumper crowd is already looking forward to this Saturday night’s game.”

Bingo books can be bought online via a dedicated Sean MacCumhaills Online Bingo Facebook page/shops/bingo helpline.

Books bought before Thursday 4.00pm will be emailed Thursday evening.

Books bought between 4.00pm Thursday to 3.00pm on Saturday will be emailed out on Saturday evening.

Books are available in Andies, Stranorlar and Eurosaver Donegal Town from Tuesday morning and as always from Clubforce link: https://member.clubforce.com/memberships_cart_m.asp?LL_ID=2737&intMF_ID=7735#Anchor

The benefits of the online bingo go beyond the financial.

Club PRO Chris Doherty said: “We’ve had some great feedback through social media channels since Saturda.

““People have been contacting us on social media saying how much they enjoyed it, how great it was to meet up with their old bingo buddies and it really hits home how important it is to find ways to allow people to still feel part of their community and social circle.

“It’s lovely to see how much it meant to a lot of our bingo regulars. People are already looking forward to next Saturday night’s game.”
