Breaking: No new Covid-19 cases in Donegal

Donegal has recorded no new Covid-19 cases today.

It is the first time since early September that the daily total has not increased.

Fourteen further deaths and 539 new cases of the virus have been confirmed nationwide.

The median age of those who died was 80 years and the age range was 59-94 years. There has now been a total of 4,419 Covid-19 related deaths in Ireland.

Ireland’s 14-day incidence rate per 100,000 now stands at 175.6.

The rate in Donegal is slightly below national average at 172.1 per 100,000.
