Due to ongoing Covid-19 restrictions, the Commissioners of Public Works have decided to extend the closing date of the Public Exhibition of the Raphoe Flood Relief Scheme until Tuesday, 6th April, 2021.

All scheme drawings and Environmental Reports continue to be available to view by way of a virtual tour on the Project Website: www.raphoefrs.ie

As a direct consequence of the ongoing Level 5 Health and Safety restrictions it will not be possible to display the scheme documents in the Donegal County Council Offices in Lifford or at Cathedral Hall in Raphoe as previously envisaged.

However, two additional dates have been arranged when Personnel from OPW, together with the Scheme’s engineering and environmental consultant’s teams will be available for online meetings to assist the public with their queries. These are scheduled on the following days:

* Thursday, 18th March from 2.00pm to 5.00pm
* Thursday, 1st April from 2.00pm to 8.00pm

The final date for receipt of submissions from the public on the proposed Scheme has also been extended to Tuesday, 20th April, 2021.

Submissions by post should be addressed to:
Flood Projects Management Services,
52 St Stephen’s Green,
Dublin 2.
D02 DR67

Submissions will also be accepted via the Project Website or by email to:
raphoefrs@rpsgroup.com
