A LARGE amount of money was taken from a property in Falcarragh last week.
The incident took place between 4pm on Thursday, March 25 and 8pm on Saturday, March 27.
A window at the rear of a property at Ballyness was smashed. The money, which was made up of loose change held in glass jars, was stolen.
Gardaí are appealing for businesses to be aware of anyone trying to buy items using amounts ore change or attempt to exchange coins for large denomination notes.
