Whoriskey’s Eurospar in Ramelton are recruiting for the following position: Full/Part Time Butcher
Successful candidates must have:
* A good knowledge of fresh meat products
* A passion for food
* The ability to work as part of a team
Main duties include:
* Arrange cuts of meat and place them in an attractive manner in the displays
* Preparation of value-added and prepared by butcher meals
* Adhere to strict food safety guidelines specified by HACCP
* Merchandise & present the department to the highest standards
* Maintain and clean the department
