Gardai are investigating a vandalism attack at Letterkenny Town Park.

Walkers this morning discovered graffiti sprayed across pathways while a stone plaque was also sprayed.

Paint-cans and aerosols were also found nearby.

The incident has been slammed as an attack on the local community who are using the park more than ever during the pandemic.

Gardai are studying CCTV as part of their investigation into identifying those behind the attack.
