Head Chef (Full-time position)
We are recruiting for a dedicated Head Chef with experience, drive and ambition to manage the running of our busy kitchen in Mc Gettigans Hotel / Warehouse Bar + Kitchen.
The successful candidate
Must have previous Head chef experience.
Fully HACCP/ Food safety Management certified.
Excellent management skills with a strong presence in the kitchen.
Responsibilities
Ensure all staff are trained and adhere to HACCP requirements.
Hiring, managing and training kitchen staff.
Ensure the smooth running of the kitchen operation .
Ability to maximise revenue, improve cost percentages and meet budget management.
Responsible for the Health and Safety and Hygiene standards in the Kitchen.
Grill Chef (Full time position)
We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Grill Chef to be part of our dynamic Kitchen team. This is the perfect opportunity for a Chef to further their career and develop their skills under the Head Chef.
The successful candidate
Excellent culinary background required, 2+ years’ experience in this role.
Have excellent HACCP & Hygiene awareness.
Be able to work in all areas of the kitchen.
Be able to work under pressure whilst also producing excellent cuisine.
Confident working on your own initiative and also part of a successful team.
Have experience in a busy Kitchen.
Commis Chef (Full-time position)
We are currently recruiting for a Commis Chef to join our Kitchen team. We are looking for a candidate with previous experience in a similar role and to be available to work shifts including weekends.

Have excellent HACCP & Hygiene awareness
Be able to work under pressure whilst also producing excellent cuisine
Confident working on your own initiative and also part of a successful team
