Job vacancy: Skilled labourer, finishing tradesperson sought for Braidwater Group

Job Overview 

A vacancy has arisen for a ‘Skilled Labourer/Finishing Tradesperson’ within the commercial team at The Braidwater Group.

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will be expected to work on your own initiative to oversee required snagging works following the finishing trades.

This will involve oversight of snagging check lists and the applicant must have a keen eye for detail with the ability to finish homes to the highest standard.

Works will include but not limited to; Dryline patching, silicone sealing, minor joinery, painting, fitting bath panels etc but could vary to external fencing work etc, day to day problem solving and dealing with any issues that arise.

Duration: Full time, Permanent

Location: Various sites in the North West

Remuneration: Keen hourly rates
