Deli Supervisor:
We have an exciting new opportunity in their award-winning deli for a Deli Supervisor. This role would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to be part of a dynamic, hard-working and fun team.
Main Duties:
Support the Deli Manager in the day to day running of the department.
Prepare presentation and layout of the deli serve over daily;
Drive sales and margin across all key areas of the deli;
Achieve targets for stock holding as set out by the Store Owner/Manager;
Ensure the minimisation of waste and shrink in the department;
Ensure all employees in the department are trained correctly on the weighing scales and portion control;
Bring new ideas to the department on fresh food innovation through regular research and benchmarking against competitors;
Demonstrate your passion for quality food by sharing knowledge, recipes and personal recommendations with shoppers;
Responsible for KPIs such as sales, margin, waste management, pricing and promotional displays;
Cook:

Job Duties:
Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner,
Follow recipes and presentation specifications.
Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
Maintain a clean working station whilst adhering to health & safety standards.
Assist with the cleaning and organisation of kitchen and equipment.
Restock items as needed throughout the shift..
Adhere to all food hygiene & safety standards
Additional Duties: Recording food temperatures
