Deputy Padraig Mac Lochlainn says he will ask the Health Minister Stephen Donnelly why Donegal has only one vaccination centre for a county its size.
The Sinn Fein Deputy is among Donegal politicians to meet with Minister Donnell and Chief Medical Officer Tony Holohan tonight.
They will discuss Donegal’s rocketing Covid numbers in recent weeks.
However, Deputy Mac Lochlainn said the vast majority of Donegal people have adhered to all the Covid regulations.
And he stated that he is very proud of those people.
He added that people in Donegal have been forced to go through a “horrible” four months saying people have made “huge personal sacrifices.”
As well as the lack of vaccination centres, Deputy Mac Lochlainn said he will ask about vaccine supply issues and the slow pace of vaccinators in the county.
That meeting takes place at 6pm.
