The water temperatures are heating up and so too is the amazing sea life off the coast of Donegal.
These pictures were captured by staff from the Far Star boat off Dunaff Head on the Inishowen Peninsula in recent days.
They show the return of a beautiful humpback whale and possibly a calf in tow.
The boat stayed with the animals for about 15 minutes from a distance of between one hundred and two hundred metres.
Just one sighting of the rich and varied sea world just off our amazing coastline.
