Job Vacancy: Cyber Risk Aware Ltd in Letterkenny, Co. Donegal, is currently recruiting for a Technical Support Tier 1/2 Role.

We are looking for someone with a passion for customer support to assist us in continuing to provide our clients with the premium level of service they have become accustomed to.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year experience working in software vendor customer service, be well organised with good IT skills, client first approach, attention to detail and have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities to include:

  • Provide daily operational cloud application support to our Global Clientele, by email and phone if required
  • Support new client onboarding and training
  • Test and configure the CRA platform to suit the clients environment
  • Logging and answering customer technical issues/requests
  • Monitor ticket queue and mailbox to prioritise, and ensure timely resolution of reported issues or requests
  • User manual/knowledge base maintenance
  • Support Analysis and Report generation
  • Work closely with the Development teams to ensure issues are resolved
  • Work closely with the Development/Data Analytics/Content Creation and Sales teams, to pass on feedback or other information that can be used to enhance the product/service CRA are providing. 
  • Work with Sales to provide demonstrations of the platform to potential customers

Essential Requirements

  • I.T. Related Qualification
  • Previous experience in a customer service\support role environment
  • Application Support
  • Microsoft Office
  • Microsoft Teams

Desirable

  • ITIL Certification
  • Previous experience with firewall and email protocols
  • Azure Active Directory/On Prem sync and SSO experience
