A man has been charged with indecently assaulting a woman in a caravan in Inishowen.
The man, who cannot be named to protect the identity of the victim, appeared at Letterkenny District Court today.
The court was told that a book of evidence was served on the man today.
The court was also told that the Director of Public Prosecutions had consented for the man to go forward for trial at the next sitting of Letterkenny Circuit Court on July 13th next.
