Does your pet a gaeilgeoir who respond to Irish commands? If so, they could be the star of a new TV series!

Peataí on BBC and RTE is calling on pet owners with Irish to apply for a televised visit to a unique pop-up clinic.

In the series, the public and their pets visit the vet, animal behaviourist or groomer at Ark Farm in Newtownards.

The animal behaviourist is none other than dog expert, Paula Doohan from Donegal.

Each week a team of experts help answer a range of questions and offer their purr-fessional advice on everything pet-related from bad behaviour and bad breath to diet and grooming.

A spokesperson for Big Mountain Productions said: “Following the success of the first series, we are back for the second series and we are looking for people and their pets to take part and we are keen to find Irish speakers for the show.”

For anyone who is interested in applying for the show, they can get in touch with us on: pets@bigmountainproductions.com
