Donegal Boardwalk Resort on the market for €3.8m

THE Donegal Boardwalk Resort is on the market with a guide price of €3.8 million.

Bartra, the company of developer Richard Barrett, is being offered by Bannon.

The Donegal Boardwalk Resort is described as ‘luxury holiday retreat which features 27 modern holiday homes (detached and semi-detached) in beautiful Carrigart, Co.Donegal.’

The resort which was formerly known as Cuan Na Rí has been completely renovated and provide rental accommodation for groups, families or companies.

The 27 units are arranged across three cul-de-sacs and all are in turn-key condition, fully fitted and presented to a very high standard. Each villa includes a private deck/patio.

The resort includes a fully-licensed seafront bar, restaurant and function room and adjoins the 1km boardwalk to link to Tramore Beach.

Donegal Board Walk resort comes with a total of 45 acres, with much of that undeveloped at present.
