THERE are plans for a major new housing development in Donegal Town.
Planning permission has been sought from Donegal County Council for the development at Bluestack Drive, Drumrooske West.
Developer Shaun Doherty has applied for permission for the development of 35 residential units.
The proposed development would consist of four semi-detached bungalows, two detached bungalows, 17 two-story houses and 12 apartments in three two-storey blocks.
The development would include all associated site works, including a storm water annexation system and connection to all public services.
The Local Authority say a decision is due to be made on August 26, 2021.
