Renewed appeal after cars burned out in Glenties

Gardaí are continuing investigations into an attack at a garage in Glenties.

Five cars and a recovery lorry were set alight at a premises on the R262 Glenties to Donegal town road.

Emergency services were called to the location at 4.35am on Sunday 4th July. It’s believed the fire was started between 3:00am and 3:30am

The search is on to find out who was responsible.

Gardaí are urging anyone who was in the area on Saturday night/Sunday morning and anyone on the R262, particularly if you have dashcam footage, to contact Ballyshannon Garda Station on 071 985 8530
