Man (80) dies following crash in Donegal

A MAN in his 80s has died following a car crash in Co Donegal earlier this week.

The man passed away at Letterkenny University Hospital earlier today.

A spokesperson for the Garda Press Officer said: “An 80-year-old man who was hospitalised following a road traffic collision at Meadowshill, Raphoe, County Donegal on Tuesday July 13, 2021 died earlier today, Thursday July 15, 2021.”

The spokesperson said that enquiries into the single-vehicle crash, which occurred at around 10am on Tuesday, are ongoing.
