It’s set to be another very hot day in Donegal today with temperatures reaching 30C highs.
Met Eireann has a status yellow high temperature warning in place for Ireland until 9am Friday.
!Today will be hot, dry and mostly sunny, although the sunshine will be hazy due to high level cloud. Highest temperatures of 26 to 29 degrees generally, reaching 30 degrees locally,” the forecaster said.
“Tonight will be another warm and muggy night, feeling uncomfortable for some as temperatures will generally remain above 17 or 18 degrees for much of the night. Dry, with a good deal of high cloud and some clear spells. Misty in parts with light easterly or variable breezes.”
Friday will also be hot and sunny. There is a chance of the odd shower breaking out tomorrow, but Met Eireeann predicts that more pleases will stay dry.
