Big hearted rally star Gary Jennings has decided to take ten inches of his famous long hair in order to raise £10,000 for Downs Syndrome Fermanagh and Donegal.
And in just over 24 hours, he raised more than £2,000.
“Wow – in less than 24 hours we are one fifth of the way there,” he posted on his Facebook page last night.
“Thank you to everyone who has donated so far, please help raise £10,000 for two very worthy support groups – Fermanagh and Donegal Downs Syndrome.
The haircut will take place during the Kesh Community Carnival on Saturday, 21st August in The Mayfly.
“I appreciate any contributions to reach my goal of £10,000 for a charity very close to our hearts,” he concluded.
