Reporting to: Senior management.
We are currently seeking a person to join our fast-paced environment. The administrator will provide admin support ensuring that the company’s operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Dealing with Customer inquires, processing orders, data entry and other administrative tasks
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems
- Liaising with customers
- Answering calls and dealing with email queries in a professional and courteous manner
Essential Requirements
- A minimum of 1 years experience in an administrative role
- A working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills
- A team player
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Ability to multi-task & meet deadlines
- Attention to detail & problem solving skills

We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join our team in Buncrana and report to senior management.
Responsibilities
- Operate machinery to fabricate, manufacture, assemble, or move products
- Maintain and monitor machines to make sure it functions properly
- Conduct quality checks
- Inspect finished products

This person will be providing assistance in the Factory Stock Control Department.
Responsibilities
Loading and unloading stock from delivery trucks, storage areas and production areas.
