Job vacancy: Whoriskey Oils seek part time/full time office administrator/receptionist

Whoriskey Heating Oils is currently recruiting for a part time/full time Office Administrator/Receptionist.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • The management of multiple clerical duties including serving customers, answering phone calls, responding to e mails, filing and the preparation of documents.
  • Managing customer queries
  • Dealing with customer orders and liaising with the delivery drivers.
  • Cash handling & processing payments.
  • Providing support for other financial duties delegated by management

The Person:

  • Previous experience within an administrative role or customer service role
  • Computer literate with knowledge of Sage, Excel and Microsoft Office.
  • Have excellent organisational, communication and time management skills.
  • Works well as part of a team
  • Have an excellent telephone manner and demonstrate attention to detail
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
