Natural Dairies in Convoy is seeking to recruit general operators or workers.
The key responsibilities include:
• Adherence to Health & Safety practises to ensure that a safety culture is maintained.
• Ensure daily production plan is met.
• Products are safe and meet laid down product Specifications and Market demands
• Comply with the Site Food Safety and Quality Management System.
• Delivery of the required regulatory compliance’s for all product
• Monitoring the site corrective and preventative action systems.
• Assisting the investigation and resolution of customer complaints (if any).
Skills & Competencies
• Prepared to take any responsibility/challenges (e.g machine operation, goods transfer, cleaning activities etc) in the milk production area as assigned by manager/supervisor.
• Work experience in food industry will be given preference but not mandatory.
• Any factory related work experience of at least one year is desirable but not essential.
• Basic understanding of Personal Hygiene, cleaning activities.
• Capable to work in a team.
