The Donegal branch of the Irish Farmers’ Association held their first meetings this week since before the pandemic.
The Rosses and Dunfanaghy/Creeslough group chose a very appropriate outdoor setting to reunite for their AGM – the farm of Thomas and David Boyd in Carrickfinn.
It was a first for IFA meetings to be held on farm and “hopefully it’s the start of further on-farm meetings,” a spokesperson said.
The Arranmore AGM also took place on the island on Monday afternoon.
President Tim Cullinan was guest at both meetings along with regional chairman Nigel Renaghan.
