THE former ‘Rock Bar and Lounge’ just outside the border village of Muff will go under the hammer next month.
The premises on the main road between Bridgend and Muff is for sale by online auction.
The auction takes place on Wednesday, October 20 at 12 noon.
“The property standing on a mature and prominent roadside 0.65 acre site is being offered as a site with potential,” a description says.
“The property extends to approximately 5,200 sq ft and would be ideal as a prominent commercial or residential opportunity literally a stones throw from the Derry/Donegal border.”
The Rock, situated in Sappagh, uff is no longer a licences premises.
