Full-time Play Area Team Leader
Arena7 Entertainment Complex Letterkenny have an exciting opportunity to join our team in Waynes World Kids Adventure Centre.
Job Description
• Coordinate the day to day running of the play area
• Draft weekly rotas.
• Respond to customer queries, record bookings via phone and in-house
• Work with other supervisors within the complex
• Attend monthly meetings with other team leads/management
Person Specification
• Must have prior experience in a customer facing role
• Childcare qualification desirable but not essential
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent organisational skills
• A flexible team player with ability to work on own initiative
