Person Specification
• 2 Years’ experience in similar role
• Knowledge of food hygiene standards and practices
• Good understanding and experience of HACCP
• Experience in Deli desirable but not essential
• Flexible with excellent organisational and customer services skills
Job Description
• Manage day to day running of the Diner
• Deal with suppliers and manage stock control
• Prepare food to highest standards
• Manage small team
