But what a difference a day can make in the landscape of our beautiful county.
Brid took both these photos in the space of just a few hours.
The first captured a beautiful blue sky dotted with white clouds at 5.15pm last night at Arduns Bridge in Gaoth Dobhair.
Brid took the second picture of a stunning orange morning skyline at 7.30am at the exact same location this morning.
“It was so unreal to see Mother Nature at its best,” said Brid.
