Andrew McGinley to share story of grief on The Late Late Show

Donegal man Andrew McGinley is to appear on RTE’s The Late Late Show tonight. 

Andrew will be joining presenter Ryan Tubridy to talk about life after the deaths of his three young children.

All three of Andrew’s children – Conor, 9, Darragh, 7, and Carla, 3 – died in January 2020. Their mother, Deirdre Morley was found not guilty by reason of insanity of their murders.

Andrew will be discussing his grief and his work honouring his children’s memories through charity initiatives.

Rosanna Davidson, actress Ruth Negga, Kodaline’s Steve Garrigan, sportsman Peter Schmeichel will also appear on tonight’s show.

Mick Flannery and Susan O’Neill will perform a duet of ‘Are We Free?’, while Clannad legend Moya Brennan from Donegal performs with accordion player Liam O’Connor.
