Covid-19 incidence rates have fallen in almost all local areas of Donegal in the past two weeks.
New data from the HSE shows that three areas of Donegal remain among the ten worst-affected in the country. They are Lifford-Stranorlar (4th highest), Milford (5th highest) and Letterkenny (6th).
The Milford local electoral area, which had Ireland’s highest rate last week, saw recent fall in cases. It now has the fifth highest rate in the country and an incidence rate of 791.5 per 100,000.
The only area of the county which recorded a rise in cases is south Donegal. Cases are up from 93 to 104 this past fortnight.
