Job Vacancy – Donaghey Motorhomes at Drumnahoe, Letterkenny have a vacancy for a Service/ Warranty Administrator.
We currently have a Service and Warranty Administrator position available in our team.
We require someone who is hard working and can offer excellent customer service, to gather all our customer needs to relay information onto the rest of our team.
The job includes:
- Meet and greet customers.
- Receiving all the information from customers by inspection their vehicles and passing it onto the workshop manager and garage staff, and documenting it on the job card.
- Scheduling appointments.
- Complete invoices and collect payments from customers.
- Work alongside the parts department to ensure that parts are ordered well in advance and all special-order parts are in stock for customers.
- Process warranty claims and liaise with suppliers regarding warranty claims.
- Booking CVRT appointments.
Normal working week Tuesday – Saturday.
