The last day of school before Halloween is normally a day for children to dress up as ghosts, ghouls and their favourite characters before their holidays.
But one costume has become the look of the year among pupils in Donegal and Inishowen.
Several youngsters have turned up to class today dressed as Mica Redress Activist Paddy Diver.
The Carndonagh man’s iconic look of a Donegal GAA jersey, jeans and and a jacket has been replicated in a number of classrooms today – much to the amusement of Diver.
“Paddy Diver is so scary, even Halloween is afraid” – wrote 12-year-old Kayden McDermott on his hard hat.
Diver applauded the children and said: “I never thought my own wardrobe would be iconic among the young ones but there you go.
“Fair play to all of you.”
