Glebe Builders, based in Donegal Town, are seeking the right person to join their accounts department.
Responsibilities:
• Daily duties include Invoicing, Credit Control and approving orders on internal processing system
• Reconciliation of Accounts
• Assisting accounts team with Ad Hoc duties and projects
• Creating internal reports
Characteristics:
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong technical and IT skill with a high level of proficiency with MS Office programs, including Word and Excel
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work as part of a team environment, self-manage and prioritise daily workload
• Strong organisation skills and highly detailed orientated
• Knowledge of main accounting principles
Other Skills:
• Strong attention to detail
• Compliant with procedures at all times
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Results focused individual with ability to work to targets/ deadlines
• Organisation and planning
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role within a busy environment
• IATI qualification is desirable
