It will be a bright sunny start to the day across Donegal, according to Met Éireann.
However, the national forecaster says, patchy rain and drizzle will develop around noon and will spread eastwards this afternoon.
Rainfall amounts will be small. Highest temperatures of 12 or 13 degrees with light southerly breezes.
Tonight will also be mild and mostly cloudy with patchy drizzle and mist.
Lowest temperatures of 9 to 12 degrees with light southerly breezes.
