The trial of the alleged killer of a young Donegal woman has been further delayed.
Buncrana woman Danielle (28), was attacked and murdered while travelling in Goa. Her body was found on 14th March 2017.
Vikat Bhagat, who stands accused of killing the young Donegal woman, was refused bail by an Indian court in June. Andrea McLaughlin opposed the bail application for Bhagat.
The local man has pleaded not guilty. The Irish Daily Star reports that the trial, which began three years ago, has faced another set back due to the public prosecutor going on leave.
The trial has been adjourned again until December.
