BeoSport, Ulster GAA’s broadcast provider, has offered refunds to viewers of St. Eunan’s Ulster Club Championship loss to Watty Graham’s Glen of Derry.
The streaming service cost £10 or €12 to watch and was disrupted multiple times in the first half with the picture freezing.
A spokesperson for BeoSport said: “We are acutely aware of the disappointment felt by customers at not being able to view this game properly. This was due to circumstances beyond our control and related to connectivity issues on the day.
“We are offering a full refund to everyone. We apologise for the disruption in coverage to the first half of this game. We always aim to deliver only the highest quality service.”
Eligible viewers will have received an email from the BeoSport team with instructions on how to avail of the refund.
