Finn Harps striker Seán Boyd has left the club, signing for Shelbourne for the 2022 season.
The 23-year-old had a strong second half of the season in his second spell his Harps, scoring some important goals including his brace at Richmond Park in a 2-2 draw with St. Patrick’s Athletic, and his late goal against Sligo Rovers at Finn Park that spurred the 10-men on to find an equaliser.
His late heroics at Finn Park in the FAI Cup against Dundalk to salvage a draw sent the home fans wild.
However, the Dubliner is moving back closer to home, signing with newly promoted Shelbourne and will work under new manager Damien Duff
