A number of cars were damaged in attacks outside homes in Letterkenny.

Gardai are investigating the motives behind the attacks in different parts of the town.

A van had its passenger rear and front tyres slashed in one incident at the Gleann Eadan estate between 3.30pm on Monday, November 22nd and 8:30am the next morning.

Another car had a rear window smashed in the Willowbrook estate between 11pm on Sunday last, November 28th and 7.50am yesterday morning.

The car was parked in the owner’s driveway at the time of the overnight incident.

Anybody with information on either incident is asked to contact Letterkenny Gardai on 0749167100.
