The Lites Group is now hiring a sales representative in Co Donegal.
We represent one of Ireland’s largest Dairy Brands and generate sales for a convenient and local household service that is almost used by every household on a daily basis.
The “New Normal” has increased the demand for our household service severely.
We are looking for experienced Sales Reps who strive to hit targets, can work on own initiative and think on their feet. We want Sales Reps who can plan and manage territory with time efficiency.

• €26000 basic (OTE €35,000+)

The Role:
• Promote and sell a well-known consumer brand name (door to door)
• Hitting and exceeding weekly sales targets and KPI’s
• Weekly territory planning and providing feedback to your supervisor
• Following company policy and procedures in using technology for signups and reporting
• The position is a permanent full time role
• Working hours will be Monday to Friday 12-8pm
The Person:
• Min 2 years sales experience, residential sales experience will be advantageous
• Excellent communication skills with an ability to influence consumers positively
• Strong and proven sales knowledge with the ability to handle objections and close sales
• Professional and presentable, adhering to the company uniform code
• Have excellent time management skills
• Confidence in using technology will be an advantage (full training provided)
Fluent English and ability to work in Ireland are fundamental criteria.
You must be a driver with a full clean Irish drivers license.
