Two youths suspected of stealing from car in Letterkenny

Gardaí are seeking to speak with two young people who were at the scene of a theft in Letterkenny last week.

A bank card and a driver’s licence were stolen from a car parked at Mountain Top Letterkenny last Tuesday 14th December.  The car was unlocked and no damage was caused to the vehicle.

The stolen bank card was used at another business premises on the Port Road in Letterkenny a short time later.

Gardaí have been analysing CCTV footage and are keen to speak with two youths who were in the area at the time.

One was wearing a black puffer style jacket with a blue Adidas logo on the front. They had their hood up and wore a face mask. They had a distinctive long fringe, which could be seen under the hood.

The second youth wore a puffer jacket which was brihgt blue on top and navy on bottom. They were also wearing a face mask.

Anyone with any information is asked to come forward to Letterkenny Garda Station 074 9167100, the Garda Confidential Line 1800 666 111.
