Met Eireann has issued an ice and snow warning for Donegal and other counties tonight.
The yellow weather warning has just been issued though Donegal County Council.
It warns of treacherous traveling conditions with ice forming in many areas.
The warning comes into affect from 8pm tonight and will last until 9am tomorrow.
The earning says “A mix of rain, sleet and snow will clear south over the country this evening and early tonight (Monday night) with a cold airmass following from the north.
“Ice is expected to form in some areas which may lead to treacherous travelling conditions overnight and into Tuesday morning.”
