Highland Motors, Letterkenny, Main Renault Dacia Citroen and Honda Dealership in the Northwest are looking for an experienced Service Advisor to continue the growth of our ever expanding After Sales Departments.
This is a full time position to cover all 4 Franchises with an immediate start.
We are looking for a highly motivated person with a proven track record in customer care and whom are looking for the next challenge in their career. The ability to achieve an extremely high standard of customer service that is expected from all our brands is a pre-requisite for the role.
Duties to include:
• Ensuring the efficient running of the day to day Booking Diary
• Ensuring smooth flow of information between the customer and service team
• Ensuring that quality and safety standards and procedures are adhered to at all times
• Upselling of products and services to customers
• Advising customers of technical issues, costs, completion times, warranty coverage etc
• Maintaining high levels of customer service including dealing with customer issues
• Have previous experience in a similar role
• Demonstrate good interpersonal and people skills
• Demonstrate strong organisational and planning skills
• Strong ability to clearly communicate with customers and colleagues
• Possess good administration and IT skills
• The ability to think outside the box and be a team player
