There’s only one place a Tanaiste and Taoiseach-in-waiting would spend his Christmas holidays – Donegal of course.
Fine Gael leader Leo Varadkar has revealed he spent a number of days with partner Matt Barrett in our beloved county.
Mr Varadkar posted a number of pictures of his time in Donegal on his Instagram account.
He didn’t disclose where he stayed while in the county.
But the Dublin politician was pictured with his partner at Sliabh Liag as well as walking along One Man’s Pass.
Not just that but a certain well-known Donegal brand will be happy with Mr Varadkar.
That’s because he was spotted trying the much loved Football Special which Donegal folk don’t need any more information on.
As a certain advertising once said ‘Up here it’s different.’
Just don’t go telling the entire Dail, Leo!
