Gardaí are investigating an incident of criminal damage that happened at the carpark to the rear of the Diamond, Donegal Town (known locally as the back carpark) on Sunday the 9th of January between 4-5pm.

A black Astra was parked in the carpark between those times and the owner returned to discover that the rear window had been smashed.

Gardai are appealing to anybody who may have been in or around the carpark and who had a dashcam between those times to make the footage available to Gardaí.

If anybody witnessed the incident, we ask them to contact Ballyshannon Gardaí on 071-9858530.
