Working knowledge of and experience in:
• Desktop OS (Win 10), Mac O/S, Unix (ubuntu)
• Active Directory
• Web Services/applications (Office 365, etc.)
• Experience with PC/Workstation installation, and the following:
• Networking
• Installs, patches, setups, inventory management
• Maintain/update end user onboard documentation
• Printer setup/management
