The Glencar Spar Express store are looking to recruit a Store Manager.
This is small store that would suit a Current Assistant/Trainee manager looking to move into their first store manager position.
The successful candidate requires the following experience:
- At least 2 year’s experience in a managerial role in a Retail store
- Forecourt Experience an advantage
- BWG experience is an advantage but not necessary
- Must be strong people person with experience of dealing with staff
- Positive and energetic attitude
- Ability to lead and motivate
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility
- Strong working knowledge of HACCP
The candidate must be able to work within set budgets and be committed to developing the store while being fit for the following tasks:
- Directing and supervising activities within the store
- Checking in deliveries
- Ordering stock
- Achieving targets
- Working with your team and BWG to achieve high standard of customer excellence
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Negotiable
Additional pay: Performance bonus
Schedule: Monday to Friday, weekend availability
Experience: Management, minimum 2 years
