About the role:
The Board of Directors is seeking to appoint a full-time Manager to lead our exciting and varied programme, including: driving success of The BASE Enterprise Centre and its start-up community; developing the current programmes of town regeneration, community events and tourism/visitor offerings; identifying and securing funding; growing local, regional and national partnerships, and supporting the Ballybofey & Stranorlar Chamber of Commerce programme.
The candidate:
The ideal candidate will think outside of the norm and bring tenacity, flair and an entrepreneurial spirit. They will be able to demonstrate experience of driving innovation, developing and delivering multiple project areas, suggesting new approaches, and developing partnerships. The successful candidate will have a real affinity with the rural and SME business environment.

Contract Term: 3 years
Salary: €40,000
