Letterkenny’s St. Patrick’s Day Parade will return to Main Street this March, it has been confirmed.

The event will be an in-person parade once more, after two years of postponement due to Covid-19.

Entertainment will kick-off on the street at 1pm with the Parade starting at 3pm.

It is hoped that the event will bring a celebratory boost to the town during the extended Bank Holiday weekend.

“It’s going to be one massive celebration,” said the Chamber.

Chamber member Jimmy Stafford is leading the call for volunteers to steward the event. Get in touch to put your name down to support the special day:

Volunteers needed to help us on the day. DM me if you can help steward the parade #StPatricksDay 2022 ( no virtual anymore !!) https://t.co/hpjedOJfzZ
