A mystery Irish winner has scooped almost €31 million in tonight’s EuroMillions lottery.
The National Lottery issued an appeal to all players to begin checking their tickets to see if they had scooped the 17th EuroMillions jackpot won in Ireland.
The winning numbers are: 13, 18, 38, 42, 45 with lucky stars 07, 11.
A National Lottery spokesman said “€30.9 million is truly a life-changing prize and we are delighted to confirm that this winning ticket was sold in Ireland” .
“We are now asking all our players to check their tickets very carefully to see if they are the lucky winner or indeed winners if it is a syndicate.
“If they are the lucky winners, we encourage them to sign the back of the ticket and contact our prize claims team.”
The exactly location of where the ticket was sold in Ireland has not been made available yet.
Ireland’s first and biggest single winner in the draw was Limerick woman Dolores McNamara claimed more than €115 million in 2005.
